Return & Exchange Policy

Question: Can I return, exchange or cancel my order?
Answer: Cheer up, at SAPPHIRE, you can return, exchange or cancel your order.

Question: How can I cancel my order?
Answer: Once shipped order cannot be cancelled, however you can refuse to accept at the time of delivery. 

Question: Can I return my full or partial order? 
Answer: Yes, you can return your order within 15 days. Partial return is possible. Kindly note that MADE TO ORDER products cannot be returned. Please fill this form or call customer support for further assistance. 

Question: How can I exchange my full or partial order?
Answer: You can exchange your product within 15 days days. Partial exchange is also possible. Kindly note that MADE TO ORDER products cannot be exchanged. Please fill this form  or call customer support for further assistance.

Question: Do I have to pay shipping cost?
Answer: Yes, actual shipping cost is applied on all returned or exchanged products. Shipping cost is not applied if 

  • The product was defective
  • Product does not conform the specs mentioned such as color, size, style etc. 

Question: How will I get paid for my return?
Answer: Currently we can pay through Bank Transfer or mobile transfer only. Kindly note that in case of mobile money transfer, charges shall be applied. However transfer through bank is absolutely free. 

Refund Policy
1) You receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition
We request our customers to open and check the product at the time of delivery. In case there is any damage found to the product, please send an email at support@sapphireinnov.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
We will send you a replacement against the damaged product.
In the case of furniture, we even provide reimbursement in case of minor damages.
2) If you did not like the product
Please send us an email at support@sapphireinnov.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number.
Note:
Furniture products cannot be returned in this case. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.
We do not accept returns for bulk orders as well which are greater than Rs. 10,000. We accept returns only if the product shown on the website is not as per the specifications.
Note:
2) The product has to be packed properly so that it reaches us safely in both the cases ( if you are taking care of the delivery or we are taking care of the delivery).
The product will be dispatched once we will receive the returned product.

Cancellation Policy 
For some reason if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at support@sapphireinnov.com along with your order id.
No cancellation would be entertained for the dispatched orders.
Furniture orders cannot be cancelled.
